Our wide range of machining capabilities allows Linders Specialty Company to offer custom fabrication of our signature product: the LCV3000 Coping Machine. Working within a standard design, we build these machines to your required specifications to suit any need. Our engineers make full use of our available in-house machinery, and work with you to ensure that your requirements are precisely met.



The LCV3000 Coping Machine is used to cope to precision measurements for a seamless fit between pieces for products like tubing for railing, components of race car chassis, motorcycle frames, furniture, and railing for yachts. Our copers are available with belt widths from 3″ to 6″, with a belt length of 72″. Roller diameters are available in all sizes between 0.750″ and 5″, with special constructions available for diameters up to 5″. Interchangeable spindles are also available in sizes from 0.750″ to 5″. The LCV3000 Coper features an easily adjustable coping angle and a multi-adjustable vise, with a replaceable aluminum jaw that is ideal for easy attachment of jigs of fixtures for any type of part. It is capable of coping square, rectangular, and irregularly shaped tubing to fit perfectly every time.
